EXCLUSIVE: Formula 1 rising star Isack Hadjar is getting the documentary treatment with My Road To Red Bull. The three-part series is for beIN Media Group, a major Formula 1 broadcaster in the Middle East & North Africa and Asia Pacific regions.
French-Algerian driver Hadjar has a seat with the Oracle Red Bull Racing team, and the series, produced by TOD Studios, will trace his journey from grassroots karting to the pinnacle of motorsport.
My Road To Red Bull will be available on beIN’s streaming platform TOD across the MENA region and Türkiye, as well as on beIN Sports channels in MENA and APAC. Twenty one-year-old Hadjar promised the doc will offer an authentic behind-the-scenes look at the high-pressure world of motorsport.
“This documentary shows the full picture – not just the highs, but the tougher moments too,” he said. “My journey to Formula 1 hasn’t been straightforward, and it was important to share that honestly and give fans a real behind-the-scenes perspective. I hope it inspires young fans to believe they can find their own path into the sport – learning, adapting, and continuing to push forward, even when it’s difficult.”
The opening episode of the series charts Hadjar’s rise from karting to his Formula 1 debut at the season-opening Australian Grand Prix, which was cut short by a formation lap crash that brought immediate scrutiny to his career. The second episode follows how the young driver dealt with that early setback and began delivering results on the track. The concluding third instalment will cover his move to Oracle Red Bull Racing and his long-term ambitions in the sport.
Richard Verow, Chief Sports Officer at beIN Media Group, said that Hadjar’s story goes beyond just racing. “The series highlights the determination required to reach the pinnacle of Formula 1. We’re proud to bring this journey to a global audience, offering a unique look at both his professional and personal path so far.”
