Meghan Trainor Cancels ‘Get In Girl Tour’ Amid Family Priorities

Meghan Trainor has announced she is canceling her “Get In Girl Tour,” less than two months before the first show.

The 32-year-old singer shared the news with her fans in an Instagram story on April 16, explaining why she will not be performing.

“After a lot of reflection and some really tough conversations, I’ve made the difficult decision to cancel The Get In Girl Tour,” she wrote. “Balancing the release of a new album, preparing for a nationwide tour, and welcoming our new baby girl to our growing family of five has just been more than I can take on right now, and I need to be home and present for each and all of them at this time.”

She continued, “I know this will come as a disappointment to my fans, and I am so sorry to let you down. But I know this is the right decision for my family and me right now.”

Trainor promised her fans that they will hear from her soon and can still expect the upcoming release of her next album.

“I’m so proud of it, and I’m endlessly grateful for your love and support always,” she said.

Trainor first announced “The Get in Girl Tour” on Instagram in November 2025. The tour included 33 dates around the United States and Canada, and was set to kick off on June 12 in Clarkston, Michigan. The summer tour would have wrapped on Aug. 15 in Los Angeles. Duo Icona Pop and the singer’s brother, Ryan Trainor, would have been her opening acts.

The Grammy winner was expected to perform new songs from her seventh album, “Toy With Me,” which will arrive April 24. Her update about the tour came just hours after she revealed the album’s track list.

Trainor and husband Daryl Sabara welcomed their third child, with the help of a surrogate, in January. They confirmed baby Mikey Moon’s arrival in a joint Instagram post.

“Our baby girl Mikey Moon Trainor has finally made it to the world thanks to our incredible, superwoman surrogate,” they wrote before thanking their doctors and nurses.

In addition to their baby girl, Trainor and Sabara are also proud parents to sons Riley, 5, and Barry, 2.

The couple, who have been married since 2018, included an adorable picture in the post of Riley and Barry bonding with their baby sister.

“We are over the moon in love with this precious girl. Riley and Barry have been so excited, they even got to choose her middle name,” they added.
