Megan Thee Stallion was denied a permanent injunction against Milagro Cooper by a federal judge, TMZ reports. Megan asked the court to prevent Cooper from talking about her mental state, alcohol use, or extended family. The judge found no evidence that Cooper tried to physically track her, such as attending her concerts or trying to find her in person, calling her demands “overboard.” Cooper’s actions did not meet Florida’s definition of cyberstalking. They also considered her blog to be serving a “legitimate purpose” as news and commentary.

Megan won the defamation lawsuit against the blogger last December, with Cooper being found guilty of liable for defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and sharing sexual deepfakes of the rapper. The Milagro Gramz blogger was initially ordered to pay $75,000 in damages, but a judge reduced the amount to $59,000. Megan accused Cooper of being a “mouthpiece” to Tory Lanez during their legal battle when Lanez shot Megan in the foot.
