Cuba’s power grid collapsed on Monday leaving the island in the dark with the crisis creating dangerous conditions and leaving residents outraged. It comes on the same day President Donald Trump made comments about his plans for Cuba. “I think I can do anything I want with it,” he said. NBC’s George Solis reports for TODAY from Havana.
