During remarks at the National Republican Congressional Committee, President Trump said that referring to Iran as a “war” is “maybe not a good thing to do,” explaining that “they don’t like the word war because you’re supposed to get approval.” Trump added that he prefers to use the term “military operation,” which he says is “really what it is.”
