Renowned chef René Redzepi has left his post as the top chef of Noma, the Copenhagen restaurant he founded more than two decades ago that became one of the world’s most acclaimed and exclusive dining experiences. His resignation follows reports about his alleged past abusive behavior toward staff and the restaurant’s labor practices, and complaints about its previous reliance on unpaid interns.
