Princess Charlotte Looks More Like Her Mom Than Ever in New Easter Photos

England’s royal family may have gotten their titles from their dad, but when it comes to Princess Charlotte, she inherited her mom’s…everything else. On Sunday, April 5, the Windsor family (that’s King Charles, et al.) stepped out for Easter church services, and 10-year-old Charlotte looked more like her mother, Kate Middleton, than ever.

Maybe it’s the fashion. Charlotte wore a tan coat by Catherine Walker, a favorite designer of her mom’s, over a dress by Self-Portrait, the same brand that made Middleton’s all-cream outfit for the occasion, per People. The coat is the same one the young princess wore at Christmas, so we know she’s also learned the art of the rewear from her mom.

Last July, Charlotte was definitely taking style cues from her mother at the European Women’s Football Championship final, wearing a polka-dot dress reminiscent of not only Middleton’s past looks but also Charlotte’s paternal grandmother, the late Princess Diana.

Then again, maybe it’s the hair that makes Princess Charlotte look like her mom. Both women wore their brunette waves long and loose with a bit of a sun-kissed highlight. Middleton has admitted that she’s sometimes tried to braid her daughter’s hair, though without much luck, while Prince William has only ever managed a ponytail, so we’re not sure who is responsible for this look, but it’s very sweet. Charlotte seems to be a fan of the half-up, half-down style, so much so that when Princess Kate wore her own hair that way, we dubbed it nod to her daughter. The influence goes both ways.
