Neon has made a series of hires and promotions in the marketing department.
Joey Monteiro has been elevated to President of Worldwide Marketing, where he will oversee both domestic and international marketing for the mini studio.
Alex Altschuler has been elevated to President of Media, Don Wilcox to EVP of Marketing, Mike Winton to EVP of Marketing, and Danielle Lee to Director, Creative Services.
The company also welcomes Cat Fisher as EVP of Marketing from FilmNation Entertainment, where she served as VP of Marketing. Wilcox, Lee and Fisher will all report to Monteiro.
Neon’s Chief Marketing Officer Christian Parkes left the indie studio in late 2025, along with colleagues Jason Wald and Spencer Collantes, to join Warner Bros.

Monteiro joined Neon in 2024 as EVP of International Marketing from Sierra-Affinity/eOne, where he served as EVP of Marketing and Publicity. Monteiro previously held senior roles at both Warner Bros. and Lionsgate. Prior to joining Neon in 2023 as VP of Media, Altschuler spent five years at A24.
Mike Winton has been elevated to EVP of Marketing after nine years with the company. Wilcox joined the company in 2023 as VP of Marketing, following a year and a half leading International Marketing at A24. Fisher joins after eight years in international marketing at sales agency FilmNation Entertainment. Lee joined in October of 2024 as the Design Team’s first hire. She spent four years contracting at Netflix and Warner Bros. Discovery for MAX/HBO Max.
