The Golden Arches is living up to its nickname with its latest collab.
On March 24, McDonald’s announced it’s teaming up with Netflix’s “KPop Demon Hunters,” the Oscar-winning film that has taken the world by storm.

The partnership that may perhaps rival the “Rick and Morty” Schezuan Sauce craze of yesteryear includes the “first-ever dueling adult meals” inspired by the Saja Boys and HUNTR/X.
This “Battle for the Fans” also includes a new McFlurry flavor, photocards and exclusive fan content, all of which will drop at participating restaurants nationwide on March 31.
“KPop Demon Hunters” is about a South Korean girl group, Huntr/X, that battles demons with music. The Saja Boys, a demon-filled boy band, try to get in their way. The film, whose songs have topped charts, won two Academy Awards: one for the song “Golden” and another for best animated feature film. A sequel is in the works.
What’s on the ‘KPop Demon Hunters’ Menu?

- Saja Boys Breakfast Meal: Fans can channel their early-bird hunger to grab this breakfast meal, featuring a Spicy Saja McMuffin with Spicy Saja sauce, a hash brown and a small “Soda Pop” soft drink, all of which nods to the group’s fiery energy.
- HUNTR/X Meal: This spread includes Ramyeon McShaker Fries, a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, along with two limited-edition sauces (Hunter Sauce and a purple Demon Sauce), and a medium soft drink. (Ramyeon is a South Korean comfort food consisting of noodles, vegetables and a sachet of powdered soup.)
- Derpy McFlurry: This à la carte treat, inspired by the “Derpy Tiger” movie character, blends vanilla soft serve with blackberry popping pearls (aka boba) and wild berry sauce.

Every meal will also come with a collectible HUNTR/X or Saja Boys photocard, as well as a “Derpy access card” with a QR code that unlocks exclusive content, like the reveal of the Battle for the Fans winner, via the McDonald’s app.
