Lakers reveal injury report for Sunday's game versus Mavericks

In a span of just a couple of days, the Los Angeles Lakers have gone from looking like a gathering storm to being hit by a proverbial gathering storm. During their 139-96 thrashing at the hands of the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday, they lost Luka Doncic to a hamstring strain, and on Saturday, Austin Reaves was diagnosed with an oblique strain.

Both players will be forced to miss multiple weeks of action as a result, and it couldn’t have come at a worse time. The Lakers are clinging to third place in the Western Conference with five games left in the regular season, and they have already been dealing with an injury to another key player.
