Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) will start their IPL 2026 season with a match against Mumbai Indians on 29th March. KKR has won the IPL three times—in 2012, 2014, and 2024—and is known for being a strong and competitive team. With a mix of experienced players and young talent, they will aim to perform well and challenge for the trophy again.
The BCCI has announced the first phase of IPL 2026, which will be played from 28th March to 12th April.

A total of 20 matches will be played in 10 cities, including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Guwahati, New Chandigarh, Lucknow, Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad.
