Kendall Jenner isn’t playing dress up at Coachella—which is exactly why her first look of the weekend is going on my summer style mood board.
On April 10, the 30-year-old model and entrepreneur hosted her tequila brand’s fourth annual 818 Outpost at Coachella 2026, creating her own little festival outside the official grounds in Indio, California. But unlike many of the celebrities and influencers who gathered for 818 frozen daiquiris and samples of the brand’s new Salt & Stone collab (among other free products), Jenner wore a pretty normal outfit for a hot summer day in the desert. But that doesn’t mean her look wasn’t noteworthy.
Just as Bella Hadid has mastered the art of styling white jeans for spring, Jenner has found the quintessential pair of white denim shorts for summer 2026. As current trends move away from ultra-baggy jeans in general, Jenner found a strong compromise between wide-leg jorts and full-on daisy dukes. Although Jenner’s denim shorts are low-rise with a three-to-four-inch inseam, they’re counterbalanced with a slightly looser fit and cuffed hem that make them appear slightly longer (especially if your legs aren’t eight feet long).
