Estradiol Patch Matches LHRH Agonists for Locally Advanced Prostate Cancer
Transdermal estradiol patches and LHRH agonists led to similar metastasis-free and overall survival in locally advanced prostate cancer. Estradiol was associated with substantially lower incidence of hot flashes but substantially more gynecomastia.
