If juicy chicken is what you’re after, avoid the urge to pick up that package of boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the grocery store.
As my former co-worker Aaron Hutcherson puts it, America has an obsession with white meat. “It’s time to escape the chicken breast chokehold and embrace more flavorful and forgiving cuts of fowl,” he writes. “Anything boneless, skinless chicken breasts can do, boneless, skinless chicken thighs can do better.”
